Once we receive your enquiry, we'll review your location, preferred dates and the services requested before contacting you with:

As we are a fully mobile service, appointment availability is planned to ensure efficient travel and the best possible service for all clients.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required.

Once your deposit has been received, your appointment will be confirmed and you'll receive a pre-appointment client form to complete before your scheduled visit. This helps us better understand your horse's history, workload and any concerns prior to treatment.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, the following policies apply:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

• Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur the full appointment fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you and is often unable to be filled at short notice.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Before Your Appointment

Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive a short client information form to complete before your appointment.

This allows us to gather important information including:

• Your horse's history

• Current workload

• Previous injuries or veterinary history

• Your goals for treatment

• Any specific concerns you'd like addressed

The more information we have beforehand, the better we can tailor your horse's treatment.

Elite Equine Mobility provides equine massage, photonic therapy and mobility services to support your horse's comfort, movement and wellbeing.

These services are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

We do not diagnose injuries, illnesses or medical conditions. If your horse is lame, unwell or requires veterinary attention, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before booking an appointment. Where appropriate, we are happy to work alongside your veterinarian and other equine professionals as part of your horse's overall care.
